How we use data
Consent and withdrawal
Where Hoogly relies on consent, we ask for it before or at the time personal data is submitted. Contact forms record the policy version, source page, consent text, and timestamp for accountability.
You may withdraw consent by emailing sales@hoogly.cloud . Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed, and some records may still be retained where needed for security, legal, dispute, or service-integrity reasons.
Cookies
Hoogly uses essential browser storage for preferences, sessions, security, and basic service operation. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are disabled unless you allow them through the privacy choices panel.
You can change optional cookie choices at any time from the privacy choices button on this page or in the site footer.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers, infrastructure providers, email or scheduling providers, payment or billing providers where applicable, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or your organization when Hoogly is used under a workspace or business account.
Vendors are expected to use data only for the services they provide to Hoogly and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security controls.
Security
Hoogly uses technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, authentication controls, logging, read-only cloud access patterns, encryption where supported, operational monitoring, and least-privilege handling of production data.
No system is risk-free. If we identify a personal data breach that requires notification, we will assess it and notify affected users, customers, or authorities as required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, support, security, auditability, legal obligations, and dispute handling. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted, anonymized, or separated from active systems where practical.
Contact and demo records are reviewed for deletion when they are no longer needed for follow-up. Security logs and audit records may be kept longer when needed to protect users or prove service integrity.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, erase, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance about your personal data. Send requests to sales@hoogly.cloud .
Please include enough information for us to verify and process your request. If you use Hoogly through an organization, we may need to coordinate with that workspace owner before acting on service data controlled by them.
Updates
We may update this notice as the product, laws, or operational practices change. Material changes will be reflected by a new policy version and updated date on this page.
